| 内容記述 | This study examines career support methods utilizing strength scales (CliftonStrengths) and conversational generative AI to enhance university students' self-awareness and career design. Through seminar activities, students leveraged their strengths and explored career options while using conversational generative AI (ChatGPT) for self-analysis and career-related feedback. Survey results suggested that AI-assisted guidance contributed to improved self-awareness, facilitated the practical application of strengths, and supported career decision-making. However, challenges such as overreliance on AI-generated information and difficulties in transitioning from "utilizing" strengths to "developing" them were also identified. The findings suggest new possibilities for AI-integrated approaches in university education and career support. | |||||||||
