| 内容記述 | We examined the effectiveness of cyclosporine A in contractile tension of the smooth muscle in the homografted artery. Femoral artery of WKY was harvested and then homografted to the femoral artery of SHRSP. In the group administered cyclosporin A, the contractilities to high-k and noradrenaline of the homografted artery did not show any significant difference from the control group. However, in the group without cyclosporin A administration, the homografted artery showed no contractility to NA and small contractilities to high-k. This suggests that cyclosporin A is effective enough to maintain the functional characteristic in the vascular smooth muscle of the homografted artery. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
