| 内容記述 | We have studied the effect of several anti-hypertensive drugs on blood pressure and vascular lesions of SHRSP and M-SHRSP. Angionecrosis in the renal arteriole was always found in male M-SHRSP after 11 weeks of age. In this study, SQ 29,852 or manidipine was administered to 11-week-old male M-SHRSP, and the relationships among dosages, blood pressure levels and/or renal angionecrosis healing effects were examined. Renal angionecrosis disappeared following SQ 29,852 treatment (over 10 mg/kg/day) not only in rats for which it also had an anti-hypertensive effect but also in those for which it had no such effect. These findings indicate that in the SQ 29,852-treated group, an anti-hypertensive effective dose does not always correlate with the angionecrosis healing dose. On the other hand, in the manidipinetreated group, renal angionecrosis disappeared only in correlation with the drug effect upon hypertention. | |||||||||||||||||
