We experienced a case of malignant lymphoma associated with triple lesions of gastric cancer. An 81-year-old male was admitted to Higashiosaka hospital complaining of neck tumors and epigastralgia. One of neck tumors was excised and then was histologically diagnosed as malignant lymphoma. Barium X-ray and gastrofiberscopy revealed an advanced cancer in the stomach. After complete response of neck tumors to chemoimmunotherapy with OK432, cyclophosphamide and tegafur, subtotal gastrectomy was performed. Two other lesions of early gastric cancer were diagnosed in the resected specimen. And so triple lesions of gastric cancer were diagnosed finally. |
