| 内容記述 | Long-term recovery images of five case-studies of schizophrenics are discussed. In case 1 (34-year-old male, unmarried, with constitutionally split personality), the perception of self was fantastic and the bond between affection and logic was not integrated enough. Therefore, coping behavior was very restricted with repeated deterioration. Nevertheless, once the framework of jobs was defined and the life of interest was assured, long-standing social activity has been made possible. In case 2 (42-year-old male, unmarried, with schizoid personality), the pleasure of inner life and the occupational life were chronologically separated. Thereafter some latitude has been allowed. In case 3 (37-year-old male, unmarried, with schizoid personality), according to the negative symptoms, recovery image was not desirable and only family life was possible, but tiny pleasure of daily life was maintained. In case 4 (46-year-old male, unmarried, with almost healthy personality), according to negative symptoms, recovery image was not desirable, but was kindhearted enough to make a pet of a stray cat. In case 5 (43-year-old male, with healthy personality), compared with other four cases, risk factors having bad effects on the course of the disease were not recognized. Currently judged to be social healing, but coping ability in occupation of life has been obviously decreased. The recovery images of schizophrenics may be decided in the suitable forms to the personality developing tendencies as to be typical of schizoid personality. There is no characteristic in the recovery image to healthy personality. | |||||||||
