| 内容記述 | 組織経営の分野において最上位に位置づけられる概念であるガバナンスについて、本稿では、この概念が従来あまり議論されることのなかった、いわゆる「業界」や「業界団体」などにも適用できる可能性があること、また、本来ガバナンスは最上位の概念のはずであるのだが、ガバナンスの対象の中の一部の人々の行動様式が大きく影響を与えており、実態としてその人々の行動様式が最上位である可能性があることを事例により検討した。結果として、上記の二つの可能性は両方とも否定的とは言えなかった。 | |||||||||

One is that governance can be applied to industries/industry associations, to which are not the areas currently widely applied, and the other is that governance is not positioned as top-level concept but the behavior of some groups is. The behavior of them is superior to governance. As a result of the discussion, these two possibilities are not negative. | |||||||||
