| 内容記述 | In this study, we conducted research on the use of the leaves of “Ginkgo leaves”, which is one of the specialties of Sobue town, Aichi prefecture. First, it was revealed that benzyl alcohol, phenistyl alcohol and styrene were present as the main components in the components extracted from the leaves. As the result, it was considered that the presence of these compounds exerts a repellent effect against house pests (ticks, mosquitoes) and clothing pests (attagenus unicolor japonicus, and plutella xylostella). In addition, it was clarified that trimethylamine, which is one of the offensive odors in everyday life, has a remarkable deodorizing effect. | |||||||||
