| 内容記述 | The perfusing pressure and effects of aging were studied using the tail from SHR, SHRSP and control normotensive WKY of 12 weeks and 20 weeks of age. Responses to noradrenalin and acetylcholine were also studied and compared with those of control normotensive WKY. The sensitivity to noradrenalin was higher in the tail artery from SHRSP than in that from WKY. The pressure reduction induced by acetylcholine was impaired in SHRSP age dependently. These findings suggested that increased perfusion pressure, sensitivity to noradrenalin and decreased endothelium function are dependent on the degree and the duration of hypertension. | |||||||||||||||||
