【要約】 本稿は, 2023年度に近畿大学経営学部教育改善プログラムで実施したキャリア自律人材の育成に係る取組内容とその成果を紹介するものである。不確実性が高まる時代の到来に際し, 近年, 社会では自己のキャリアを自ら設計し, その実現に向け継続的に学習し続けるキャリア自律人材が求められている。本プログラムでは従来の日本型雇用システムの中では当該人材の育成が困難であることを踏まえ, 三重県玉城町と連携し, 学生が地域社会の課題を解決する取組の過程で, キャリア自律に資する主体性や問題解決能力を醸成することを試みた。約9か月の取組のなかで学生の主体性や柔軟な対応力が向上していることが確認できた。 |

This paper introduces the details and results of the efforts to develop careerautonomous human resources implemented in the Kinki University School of Management Education Improvement Project in 2023. In recent years, as we face an era of high uncertainty, society has been requesting for career-autonomous human resources who can design their own careers and continue to learn to achieve them. Given that it is difficult to develop such human resources within the traditional Japanese employment system, this initiative, in collaboration with Tamaki Town in Mie Prefecture, aims to foster the initiative and problem-solving skills that contribute to career autonomy in the process of students solving issues in the local community. As a result, it was confirmed that students' initiative and flexible response ability had improved over the course of approximately nine months of the initiative. |
