| 内容記述 | 社会人基礎力育成に関するアクティブラーニングの失敗事例についての報告は少ない。本稿は、短期大学生による商品開発プロジェクトの失敗事例を、失敗のネガティブな側面だけでなくその知見を利用して成長に繋げる「失敗学」の観点から分析し、アクティブラーニングの際の教訓を得た。教員は学生の自主性を重んじたが、計画性の欠如や時間管理上の問題が原因となってプロジェクトは頓挫した。プロジェクト運営には、教員の学生への関与が極めて重要な役割を演ずることを示唆している。また、失敗学が抱える課題についても議論する。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | Few unsuccessful active learning cases for developing fundamental competencies for working persons have been reported. Failure studies aim not only to examine the negative aspects of failure, but also use the findings to lead to growth. This paper applied“ failure studies” to analyze an unsuccessful case of a product development project by junior college students and learned precept for conducting active learning. The students' autonomy driven project was doomed to fail due to their lack of planning and time management. The instructors’ involvement with the students is essential for success. Limitations for failure studies are also discussed. | |||||||||
