| 内容記述 | 公会計の純資産は、基本的に資産と負債の差額と定義されているので、その内容は簡単化されたものとなっている。しかしながら、この資産と負債の差額を確保しておくことは将来への投資を考える上で重要である。本稿では、この純資産に影響を与える二つの要素であるインフレと借入コストについて、インフレについては定性的に、借入コストについて簡単であるが定式化により議論する。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | Since net assets in public accounting are, in principle, defined as the difference between assets and liabilities, the contents of net assets are simplified. For this reason, surplus, which is a component of net assets, is not given much importance though securing surplus plays a crucial role in investments for the future. This paper discusses the two factors that affect surplus and net assets, one inflation and the other capitalization of borrowing costs, qualitatively and with simple formulation. | |||||||||
