| 内容記述 | We review the current literature regarding residual coronary stenosis following coronary reperfusion in patients with acute myocardial infarction, with particular reference to the current controversy as to whether an occlusion should be opened completely leaving no residual stenosis, in order to enhance myocardial salvage, or whether it should be opened gradually, to minimize reperfusion injury. On the basis of the review together with our experimental results, we conclude that residual occlusion following reperfusion should be removed completely to enhance myocardial salvage. | |||||||||
