| 内容記述 | This study examined changes in effect of noradrenaline on vascular smooth muscle of the arteries obtained from vascularized free tissue transfer. The free groin flap was utilized as a model of vascularized free tissue transfer. Superficial epigastric arteries were dissected from the proximal and distal part in the free groin flaps, and the effect of noradrenaline was examined using small vessel myograph. Cumulative dose-response curves for contractions induced by noradrenaline (NA) were shifted to the left and ED_<50> values were decreased during the early plase (one to four weeks) following surgery, indicating supersensitivity of the arteries. Twelve weeks after surgery there was a difference in the effect of noradrenaline on the proximal compared to distal part of the superficial epigastric arteries in the free groin flaps. The supersensitivity of the proximal part recovered to the control level, while the supersensitivity of the distal part remained. Cumulative dose-response curves for K-ion-induced contractions did not change at any time after surgery. Histochemical studies of the adrenergic nerves in the proximal and distal portions of the arteries in the free groin flaps were performed by fluorescence method with glyoxylic acid. The adrenergic nerve fibers which had disappeared one week after surgery, reappeared. Twelve weeks after surgery reinnervation occured in the proximal part of the superficial epigastric arteries in the free groin flaps. However, the distal part did not completely recover. The time when the nerve fiber disappeared coincided with the increase in the sensitivity to NA. Therefore, we conclude that supersensitivity to NA can be induced by denervation of the arteries in the free groin flaps at early phase after surgery. The denervation supersensitivity remained in distal part of superficial epigastric arteries in late phase after surgery. This explains the circulation change in the vascularized free tissue transfer. | |||||||||
