| 内容記述 | 本研究では，注意統制課題下におけるfNIRS信号と固視微動の解析に基づき，持続的注意に関与する情報処理過程の客観的計測手法の開発を目的とした．2種のキューを用い，周辺視野に注意を維持し続ける注意維持課題と突発的変化に注意を誘導する注意割込課題を設け，課題遂行中のfNIRS信号および固視微動の特徴量を評価した．fNIRS信号を分析した結果，視覚的注意に関わる脳領域の賦活が，課題に依存して異なることが確認された．固視微動の解析では，マイクロサッカード頻度や方向に明確な差異が認められなかった．これらの結果から，注意力を伴う認知機能リハビリテーションにはfNIRS解析が応用可能であることが示唆された． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | In this study, we analyzed fNIRS signals and fixation eye movements during attention control tasks to create an objective method for measuring the information processing involved in sustained attention. The results of the fNIRS signal analysis suggest that the activation of the brain regions involved in visual attention depends on the task. However, the analysis of fixation eye movements revealed no apparent differences in microsaccade frequency or direction. These findings indicate that fNIRS analysis can be used for attention-based cognitive rehabilitation. | |||||||||
