| 内容記述 | Clinical data of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) at Kinki University are reported. Between May 1991 and October 1992, 34 couples underwent IVF-ET program (81 cycles). Among these, 72 cycles underwent oocyte retrieval, and in 70 cycles from 33 couples oocyte(s) were collected successfully. Chemical pregnancies and ongoing pregnancies were observed in 9 cycles from 7 patients and 5 cycles from 5 couples, respectively. Fertilization rate in couples with severe male factor and those with high age wives (40 y.o. or older) was significantly lower compared to those without such factors. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
