| 内容記述 | A total of 418 patients (male 132, female 286) with primary hyperlipidemia (total plasma cholesterol<220 mg/dl) were treated with pravastatin (10 mg/day) for two years. The total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol and Apoprotein B levels were significantly and stably lowered. The HDL cholesterol and apoprotein A_1 levels significantly rose for two years. No differences in lipid lowering effect could be observed with age. Clinical side effects were observed in 4 patients and abnormal laboratory findings were observed in 14 patients. In all of the patients, the symptoms were alleviated or the findings were normalized with continued treatment. No sleeping disturbance could be observed. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
