| 内容記述 | We examined the effect of Ca antagonists for the prevention of reinfarction. A total of 2552 patients with prior myocardial infarction were registered from January 1986 to June 1993. Ninety nine cases developed reinfarction. The incidence of reinfarction in the Ca antagonists group was significantly higher than in the non-treated group. Furthermore, the reinfarction rate in the nifedipine-treated group with hypertension was significantly higher than that in the non-treated group. These findings suggest that the Ca antagonist did not reduce the incidence of reinfarction with hypertension. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
