| 内容記述 | The cardioplegic effect for the newborn rabbit heart given a single dose of different hyperkalemic crystalloid solutions at various myocardial temperature was evaluated by means of phosphorus-NMR spectroscopy. Recovery of ATP with reperfusion after 180 minutes of ischemia was excellent in 16 mM and 120 mM hyperkalemic solutions at 4℃, and in 8 mM and 16 mM solutions at 15℃. No recovery occurred at 25℃. Our findings confirm the importance of hypothermia under 15℃ and potassium concentration near 16 mM in optimal protection of the immature heart. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
