| 内容記述 | 近代に開発された大規模住宅地の現地調査は、2019～2023年度に中国の大連、北京、上海、韓国のソウル、日本の東京と大阪にて実施した。そして、住宅を実測し、多言語文献の収集を行った。これらの調査データによって、住宅地計画、住戸プラン、住民構成、生活様式について歴史的検証ができた。そして、東アジア全体の住宅地を俯瞰的な視点からの検証を可能とするために、東アジア住宅年表を作成して、日本、中国、韓国の比較検証を行った。その上で、3回に渡って、国際シンポジウムを主催して、本研究分野の専門家を招集して、東アジア住宅地の形成を多視点から検討した。今後、東アジア近代住宅通史の構築に向けた礎となる成果を得た。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | In 2019, 2022, and 2023, we have done the fieldwork surveys of the large-scale residential areas developed in modern times as planned in Dalian, Beijing, and Shanghai in China, Seoul in South Korea, and Tokyo and Osaka in Japan. We have measured the houses and collected multilingual documents. Then we conduct a historical examination of residential area plans, housing unit plans, population composition, and lifestyles. In order to make a bird's-eye view of residential areas development of East Asia, we created an East Asian Housing Chronology and conducted a comparative examination of Japan, China, and South Korea. Furthermore, we hosted three international symposiums that have examined the formation of East Asian residential areas from multiple perspectives. In the future, we would like to move forward with the construction of a comprehensive history of modern housing in East Asia. | |||||||||
