| 内容記述 | 本研究はこれまで政策的に重要視されながらも明確に定義付けられてこなかった「関係人口」概念の再定義及び計画論への展開を試みるものである。地域づくりの実践を通した調査分析に基づき「地域づくり人口としての関係人口」「関係の可逆性と通時的位置づけ」「各人の有する関係のレンジ」「不均衡な社会空間への認識と是正」「時間獲得競争としての関係人口」からなる要点を整理した上で、関係人口による社会空間の局所的変動と対応事例のモデル化を行い、1)地域づくりのプロジェクトの方向付けを目指した中長期のシナリオ設計、及び2)余白や偶然性を計画的に残したシステム化の検討の2点を、今後の計画論構築に向けた論点として整理した。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study attempts to redefine the concept of “related population,” which has been considered important from a policy perspective but has not been clearly defined, and to apply it to planning theory. Based on a survey and analysis of community development practices, we summarized the main points of “related population as a community-building population,” “reversibility and diachronic positioning of relationships,” “range of relationships possessed by each person,” “recognition and correction of imbalanced social space,” and “related population as a competition for time,” and then modeled local changes in social space caused by the related population and corresponding cases. The following issues are modeled as examples of changes and responses to the following issues. The following issues were identified: 1) medium- and long-term scenario design aimed at orienting local development projects, and 2) systematization with planned margins and contingencies. | |||||||||
