| 内容記述 | 本研究はインドネシア・バリ島アグン山噴火による避難と、東日本大震災後に発生した原発事故後の双葉郡内の避難を主な対象として、1)避難とその後の生活において住民組織（バンジャール）がどのような役割を果たしたのか、2)ルール等の形成→社会関係資本→避難(A)／ルール等の形成→避難(B)という設定で(B)を可能にする要因は何か。これらを①慣習と民衆知②つながりと社会関係資本③日常／非日常という視点による考察を通じ、先の考え方(A)と(B)の節合を試みた。バリ島では平時のつながりとその資源から（集団による）避難が実現したものの、福島では平時の資源や事前対応・準備が避難に活かされない等を明らかにした。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study focuses on the evacuation caused by the eruption of Mount Agung in Bali, and the evacuation in Futaba after the nuclear power plant accident after the Great East Japan Earthquake, and examines 1) what role neighborhood associations played in the evacuation and their subsequent lives, and 2) what factors enabled (B) in the setting of (A) formation of rules, etc.→social relational capital→evacuation 2) What are the factors that make (B) possible in a setting where the formation of rules, etc.→social relational capital→evacuation (B)? We attempted to reconcile (A) and (B) by examining these factors from the perspectives of (1) customs and local knowledge, (2) connections and social capital, and (3) ordinary/extraordinary situations. In Bali, the study revealed that the evacuation (by a group of people) was realized based on the normal connections and resources, but in Fukushima, the normal resources and advance response/preparation were not utilized in the evacuation. | |||||||||
