| 内容記述 | 本研究課題では，学校規模ポジティブ行動支援（School-Wide Positive Behavior Support; 以下SWPBSとする）の実践に取り組むことで，①教師のPBSに沿った実践の実行度が高まるか，②教師のメンタルヘルスの向上に繋がるかの2点について検討することが目的であった。 研究１として，教師のPBSに沿った実践の実行度を測定できるチェックリストを作成し，調査を実施した。研究２ではさらにクラスルームマネジメントに関する項目を含めてチェックリストを改訂し，改訂版のチェックリストと教師のバーンアウト，効力感，および学級の状態についての評価との関連を検討した。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The objective of this research project was to investigate two key aspects of implementing School-Wide Positive Behavior Support (SWPBS). The first was to determine whether this implementation enhances the degree to which teachers adhere to PBS-aligned practices. The second was to examine if it leads to improvements in teachers' mental health. In Study 1, a checklist was developed to measure the extent of teachers' adherence to PBS practices, and a survey was conducted using this tool. Study 2 expanded this checklist to include items related to classroom management. The revised checklist was then used to explore the relationships between teacher burnout, efficacy, and classroom climate. | |||||||||
