| 内容記述 | 本研究では、これまで本研究グループが研究を進めてきた諸外国の墓地埋葬法制との比較や、いわゆる「終活」支援を積極的に行っている地方公共団体への聞取り調査の結果等を踏まえつつ、葬送に関する自己決定を実効化するための法的な仕組みが必要であることを提唱した。この問題については、令和6年度中に、『日本と世界の墓地埋葬法（仮題）』として、出版する予定である。また、パンデミック下での葬送のあり方について、コロナ禍の下で実際に行われた政策の問題点を明らかにした。なお、本研究では当初、アジア諸国における葬送法制も明らかにする予定であったが、この点はコロナ禍における渡航制限等の影響で断念せざるを得なかった。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | In this study, we, based on our previous study on the cemetery law and funeral burial law of other countries and on the interviews with the local governments that actively provide so-called "end-of-life" support, proposed the need of a legal mechanism to realize effective self-determination on one's own funeral. Regarding this issue, we plan to publish a book during 2024. In addition, regarding the way funerals should be conducted during the pandemic, we clarified the problems with the policies that were actually implemented during the Covid-19 pandemic. We originally planned to study the funeral laws in Asian countries, but this issue had to be abandoned due to travel restrictions during the Covid-19 pandemic and so on. | |||||||||
