| 内容記述 | 本研究は新型コロナウイルスの流行によって進捗が大きく遅れました。先行研究のサーベイと初歩的な実証分析をしたが、本格的に研究を進んだのは水際対策解禁後の2023年度である。2023年度は主に中国でフィールドワークを実施しました。経済発展度・市場化レベル・民族構成・行政効率・高齢化進行度が異なる11省の28都市を選び、延べ100以上の政府機関や施設、1000人以上の個人に対して医療保険・福祉サービスの地域差、高齢者の就業・介護選択にについて調査を行いました。フィールドワークを経て、以前デスク上作業の際に立てた仮説が現実と異なることが多いことに気づき、これから調査結果を踏まえて分析を進む予定です。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The research has been significantly delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Although I conducted a survey of previous studies and several preliminary analyses, I did not advance the research in earnest until 2023. I conducted fieldwork in China in 2023. I selected 28 cities in 11 provinces with varying levels of economic development, marketization, ethnic composition, administrative efficiency, and aging population. I surveyed over 100 government agencies and facilities and more than 1,000 individuals regarding regional disparities in medical insurance and welfare services, as well as the employment and nursing care choices of the elderly. Through the fieldwork, I realized that many of the previous hypotheses differed from the reality, and I plan to proceed with the analysis based on the survey results. | |||||
