| 内容記述 | Double layers of lead halide perovskites with different halogens are fabricated using the vacuum deposition technique. Diffusion behaviors of halogen ions in the double-layer films are investigated via optical absorption and X-ray diffraction. Spontaneous interdiffusion of halogen ions occurs in CH3NH3PbBr3/CH3NH3PbI3 and CH3NH3PbCl3/CH3NH3PbBr3 interfaces under ambient conditions. In contrast, diffusion of halogen ions is suppressed in the CH3NH3PbCl3/CH3NH3PbI3 double layer, and the heterojunction structure is maintained. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
