| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，高校生と大学生を対象に，身近なロールモデルの数と未来展望との間に関連が見られるかを検討することであった。調査を実施した結果，高校生287名，大学生224名から回答を得た。高校生と大学生を比較した結果，大学生は高校生に比べて家族以外のロールモデルの数が多いことが分かった。また，大学生については，家族以外のロールモデルの数が増えるほど，未来展望の記述数が増加することが分かった。この関連について，学年による違いは見られなかった。以上の結果をもとに，キャリア発達を促進するうえで多様なロールモデルを持つことの意義について議論した。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The aim of this study was to investigate the relation between the number of familiar role models and the future time perspective among high school and college students. A survey was administered, yielding responses from 287 high school students and 224 college students. A comparison between high school and college students revealed that college students tended to have a greater number of role models beyond their family than high school students. Among college students, an increase in the number of non-family role models was associated with a higher frequency of descriptions regarding future time perspective. There were no significant differences observed across different academic years. Based on these results, we discussed the importance of having diverse role models in fostering career development. | |||||||||||||
