Specifically, this paper discusses a series of studies that identify the various values that constitute public value, construct a framework that systematically organizes them from multiple perspectives, and develop an empirical study through the use of this framework. After outlining the contents of such studies, the significance and issues of the value studies are clarified. | |||||||||
