| 内容記述 | 1963年に，サイアートとマーチの共著『企業行動論』（松田武彦・井上恒夫訳『企業の行動理論』）は出版されたが，1992年に，第2版が，改訂版として公開された。改訂版では，基本的には，彼ら以外の寄稿を削除し，エピローグ（epilogue）が追加された。この本は，マネジメントの理論，特に，企業行動論の記念碑として認められてきた。エビローグのみを見ても，彼らの企業行動論以外に，企業の経済理論として展開されてきており，企業行動論のねらいが，意思決定にあることが分かる。このため，本稿では，各章の概説と共に，エピローグを検討した。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | In 1963, Cyert, R. and March, J. published "A Behavioral Theory of the Firm" （translated by T. Matsuda and T. Inoue, 1967）, and in 1992, the second edition was published as a revised edition. In the revised edition, the authors basically removed all contributions other than their own and added an epilogue. This book has been recognized as a monument to management theory, in particular on the behavioral theory of the firm. Looking at the epilogue alone, it has been developed as an economic theory of the firm, in addition to their theory of corporate behavior, and it is clear that the aim of the theory of corporate behavior is decision-making. For this reason, this paper reviews the epilogue as well as an overview of each chapter. | |||||||||
