| 内容記述 | Since the rat tail artery functions as a radiative vessel, blood flow in the artery is markedly influenced by the external temperature. In this connection, the tail arterial blood flow and resistance indices were measured using radiolabeled microspheres (^<57>Co and ^<113>Sn). Prewarming the rats from 25℃ to 35℃ caused a marked increase in the blood flow index (over 52%) and a decrease of the resistance index (over 45%), and facilitated measuring the blood pressure by an indirect method both in SHRSP and WKY. | |||||||||||||
