内容記述 | In recent years, carbon neutrality has become a global watchword. The introduction of renewable energy is considered to be the most promising measure of carbon neutrality. In particular, photovoltaic power generation using solar energy plays a major role among them. Photovoltaic power generation using solar cells is widely used because it is easy to install and has a long service life. On the other hand, it has many problems, low efficiency, leveling, destruction of nature, and so on. Therefore, we are considering solar thermal power generation as a method to compensate for those faults. In this study, we have investigated the power generation capability of a basic solar thermal power generation device using thermoelectric elements. For that purpose, we have prototyped two kinds of small thermal power generation devices, one is cone-type, and the other is a dome-type thermal power generation device. As the results of experiments, it has been confirmed that dome-type one can generate much power per unit area and both devices have a potential to generate more than 2mW. Referring to those results, it is concluded that a thermal power generation device can generate more than 1W by increasing the sunlight incident area. | |||||||||
