K_2),calcitonin(CT),ethane-1-hydroxy-1, 1-diphosphonate (EHDP)および合金であるstainless,cobaltchrome-molybdnum,titanium-6aluminum-4vanadium合金で刺激し,培養上清液,細胞表面分画液,細胞溶解液をサンプルとした.フェニル燐酸基質法で測定したTRAP活性は培養上清液,細胞溶解液ではPGE_2,IP,Vit.
