factor : bFGF)は,心筋梗塞部の新生血管を増加させ,梗塞サイズを縮小することがイヌの実験で報告されている.イヌは冠副血行路が豊富であるので,これの乏しい家兎で,bFGFが同様の効果をもたらすかを明らかにする.麻酔開胸した家兎の冠動脈支配領域の心筋内に,生理食塩水0.1ml(control群22羽)又はbFGF100μg(bFGF群15羽)を注入後,この冠動脈を結紮し4週間飼育後心臓を摘出した.局所心筋血流量(Qm)と梗塞部,辺縁部の生存心筋,繊維化の程度を顕微鏡にて計測した.Qmは梗塞部では両群間に差はなかったが,辺縁部でcontrol群1.47±0.80ml/min/g,bFGF群3.39±2.68ml/min/gと後者に高い傾向があった.健常部はそれぞれ2.09±0.82,6.06±3.85ml/min/gとbFGF群で有意に増加した.病理組織の顕微鏡写真上で生きた心筋の数を視野に占める%で表すと梗塞部では差がないが辺縁部ではcontrol群35.8±20.3%,bFGF群61.8±8.5%と後者に有意に豊富であった.線維化の程度を線維化のない0から全て線維化した場合を5のスコアで示すと同じく梗塞部では差がないが辺縁部でcontrol群3.3±0.8,bFGF群2.1±0.5と後者で有意に軽かった.以上より家兎の急性冠動脈閉塞ではbFGFにより梗塞部に効果はみられなかったが,辺縁部のQmは増え,同部の心筋壊死は抑制されることが証明された.","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"本文データはCiNiiから複製したものである。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_publisher_14":{"attribute_name":"出版者
