| 内容記述 | This study reports a case of a 6th grade boy with high impulsivity whose impulsivity weakened through play therapy centered on playing catch, and his interpersonal relationships in daily life also changed. As the relationship between therapist and mother deepens, the boy begins to express himself and behave more freely. Through playing catch, he experienced catching and being catched a ball, which led him to change into playing catch with words. Furthermore, as you become better at catch-ball, you will experience a sense of accomplishment and gain confidence. Gradually, he is able to play with his friends in everyday life, and he comes up with various ways to control his impulsiveness when he makes a mistake. The relationship between the therapist and the mother supported the boy, and through playing catch he gained a sense of accomplishment and self-confidence, which led to him accepting his impulsive self and making efforts to control it． | |||||||||
