内容記述 This study analyzed the job consciousness of students at a childcare training school affected by the COVID-19 infection disaster. The school life of many colleges and universities has changed dramatically since the COVID-19 spread in 2020. For example, the classes were taught remotely, students were required to wear masks all day long and restricted in their activities, moreover events on and off campus were canceled. The subject of off-campus childcare training was also canceled or postponed, because daycare facilities were temporarily closed due to the increase in the number of infected people, such as children and staff. Furthermore, the media reported on the confusion and severity of the situation in the childcare facilities in the COVID-19 infection disaster. A questionnaire survey was conducted to determine how these environments affected the students' consciousness of the childcare workers, comparing the results of this survey to those conducted in 2019. The analysis revealed the three characteristics: (i) decreased awareness and increased anxiety about the childcare profession, (ii) an increase in the number of regular employees, and (iii) a decrease in job types. And based on these results, I discussed how to promote student learning and awareness of the child care profession during campus emergencies.
