| 内容記述 | In the business world, e-mail is widely used as a tool for communicating information on the workplace. While e-mail is used as a communication tool between faculty and students in several universities, students tend to use e-mail as a communication application. E-mail skills, one of the business skills, are not merely the skills to write well or to convey information accurately to others. This is because business requires courtesy and consideration for others, and we consider e-mail manners to be part of the skill as well. In this paper, I examine the trends and attitudes of students, who are in the process of building a foundation for real-world business practice, toward the use of e-mail; and clarify future tasks to be undertaken. | |||||||||
