| 内容記述 | コロナ禍を機に、我が国ではテレワークが普及したことから、労働者の居住地選択の自由度が増している。過疎地の自治体は、域内人口の増加を目的として、様々な移住・転入政策を実施しているが、本稿は、テレワーカーをそのターゲット層とすることを提案する。テレワーカーは、相対的に高所得であり、過疎地ならではの「静けさ」に着目して、テレワーカーに訴求することが有効な施策と考える。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The COVID-19 pandemic has changed our working environment and the spread of telework increased freedom of our residential preference. Since local governments in depopulated areas are implementing various migration policies for increasing the population, this paper suggests that teleworkers should be an ideal target group. It would be an effective marketing strategy to appeal to teleworkers who are assumed to prefer tranquility and have relatively high incomes. | |||||||||
