The documents used are those that were made public by employee activists inside the company. The study is also a case study of the redundancy measures for highly specialized personnel, in that the majority of those targeted for redundancy are ICT engineers, which includes many managers who are not covered by the collective agreement. What became clear are the reassignment and transfer of employees within and outside the corporate group through internal recruitment, as well as the establishment of an in-house job mediation office in cooperation with the government, compensation payments at the time of retirement, and the use of labor courts and labor-management consultations to deal with employees who are subject to workforce reduction measures.}, pages = {247--277}, title = {ドイツ・シーメンス社の組織再編と雇用調整 ― 2000年代初頭の人員削減措置を中心に ―}, volume = {70}, year = {2023} }
