| 内容記述 | [概要]『キャリア権』とは日本で生まれた新たな法概念であり，理念としては「人びとが意欲，能力，適性に応じて希望する仕事を準備，選択，展開し，職業生活をつうじて幸福を追求する権利」と定義されている。要は，向上心をもって自律的に仕事の能力を高めるべく努力を重ねる者については，国としても，また，その者が所属する組織としても，それに配慮することであり，その法制化は個人の基本的な権利として尊重することを意味している。現在のような閉塞感が漂う日本にとって，まさに暗雲をはらうために画期的な処方箋であると言えよう。本稿では，なぜ『キャリア権』法制化が必要であり，未来を拓く鍵となるのかを論究していく。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | "Career rights" is a new legal concept born in Japan and is defined as "the right of people to prepare, choose, and develop the job they want according to their motivation, ability, and aptitude and to pursue happiness through their professional lives." In short, the national government and the organization to which they belong should give consideration to those who make efforts to improve their work abilities autonomously with aspirations, and the legislation means respecting them as individual human rights. For Japan with the current sense of stagnation, it can be said that it is a revolutionary prescription to remove dark clouds. In this paper, we will discuss why "career rights" legislation is necessary and is the key to opening up the future. | |||||||
