We also found that molecularly targeted drugs inhibition of the MEK/ERK pathway prevented oxaliplatin-, paclitaxel-, and bortezomib-induced neuropathy via inhibition of the ERK pathway. These results may contribute to the treatment of oxaliplatin-, paclitaxel-, and bortezomib-induced neuropathy in clinical practice.
