| 内容記述 | It is known that even the same plant can have diffevent depending on where it grow. Therefore, component analysis and physiological activity tests were performed on Hemerocallis longituba Miq. obtained from two different sources. As a result, it was confirmed that 3-furan methanol was present as the main component in each case. However, the content ratio was ca. 4 : 1 between Hiroshima prefecture and Shimane prefecture. In addition, comparing the other compounds by functional group, it was clarified that carboxylic acids and alcohol were contained in Hiroshima prefecture, and aliphatic compounds and aldehydes were contained in Shimane prefecture. On the other hand, in the BAP test, which examines the expression of antioxidative activities in physiological activities tests, the Shimane prefecture product showed about three times the value, confirming that it has high antioxidative activities. | |||||||||||||||||
