| 内容記述 | There are various types of bamboo. This time, we considered the use of phyllostachys edulis that was cut down at the foot of the mountain. Bamboo powder (phyllostachys edulis) steam was distilled and the fraction was solvent fractionated. The whitening effect test was conducted for each fraction. As a result, in the tyrosinase activity inhibition test (Between Tyrosine and Dopa), it was confirmed that the hexane extract part had activity. In addition, for the oxidative stress protection test (d-ROM test), it was possible to clarify that the steamdistillate itself has antioxidant power. | |||||||||||||||||||||
