| 内容記述 | 個室ユニット型は国際標準であり、2ユニット1フロアが中心となっていた。北欧ではユニット規模についての基準がなく、職員配置、運営方針により規模が決定されていた。個室ユニット型は一定のケアを提供する基盤となるが、ケアの画一化が各国共通の課題であった。ケアの画一化を防ぐ方法として、ケアの言語化、研修事業のネットワーク化などがあった。また、法人合併により間接業務の効率化が図られていたが、直接介助業務については個々の事業所の独立性を重視する方針へとシフトしていた。COVID-19下における感染症対策という点でも個室ユニット型は有効であった。陽性者発生時には2ユニット単位でのゾーニングが行われていた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The group living style was the international standard in the facilities for the elderly. The standard floor plan was two units per floor. In Scandinavia, there were no regulations for number of residents per units, and the size of the unit was determined by the number of staff per unit and management policies. Although the group living type provided a certain level of care, standardized care was a common issue in each country. "Verbalizing Care" and the networking of training programs was suggested as methods by prevent standardized care. In addition, the corporate merger had streamlined indirect assistance operations, but there was a shift toward a policy that valued the independence of individual offices. The group living room with private room type was effective in terms of infection control under COVID-19. At time of the positive outbreak, zoning was in place for each two units. | |||||
