| 内容記述 | [本旨]本稿では，サイモンの主著『経営行動』を取りあげる。彼の研究は，経営管理論だけでなくて，経済学，社会学，オペレーションズ・リサーチ，心理学，コンピュータ・サイエンスなどに及ぶが，彼の主著は，組織の問題と構造を凝縮して，経営管理上の決定理論を適用する，画期的な著作と評価されている。この本は，環境に対する社会上の組織の関連を強調するが，決定のプロセスとコミュニケーションのシステムの使用を例示した。彼は，経営管理の組織を検討し，同じ概念を用いるため，バーナードの考えを継承したとみなされている。しかし，彼の新しい見方から，「限定された合理性」や「誘導と貢献のバランス」などの基本的な概念は独創的で，決定的な取り扱いが行われた。彼のテーマは，規模の大きな経営管理の組織で，不確実な環境で制限された経営資源を活用する，経営管理者が，どのように行動するのかを検討することであった。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | In this treatise, we conducted research on the book "Administrative Behavior" written by Simon. He studied in the theory of business and management, economics, sociology, operation research, psychology, computer science. This book is recognized as his ground-breaking work to apply the theory of administrative decision making to concrete the organizational problem and structure. Much of his research emphasizes how social organization relates the environment, he illustrated how the decision-making process and the system of communication can be used. He is a follower of Barnard, because they study about the administrative organization and use the same concepts. From his new standpoint, however, he provided the original and definitive treatment of such fundamental concepts as bounded rationality, inducement-contribution balances. His theme is to see how the administrators behave under big administrative organization, by uncertain circumstance and limited business means. | |||||||||
