The purpose of the present study was to develop a scale to measure the fundamental competencies for working persons through which we can show evidence of whether university education actually improves these competencies of students. Four psychologists developed 37 items with reference to Saido (2011). We conducted a survey with these items for 331 university students. Through factor analysis, we extracted four factors, including “ability to communicate,” “ability to initiate,” “ability to cooperate,” and “ability to think.” The reliability and validity of the scale was confirmed., 専攻(大対): 応用行動分析学 専攻(堀田): 社会心理学 専攻(本岡): 臨床心理学 専攻(直井): スポーツ心理学, application/pdf}, pages = {51--59}, title = {<原著論文>大学生の社会人基礎力測定尺度の開発}, volume = {7}, year = {2018}, yomi = {オオツイ, カナコ and ホッタ, ミホ and モトオカ, ヒロコ and ナオイ, アイリ} }
