The most used fruits were lemons, which was applied to 10 fish species and 13 examples. The most used fish species were yellowtails, which was applied to 15 fruits and 21 examples. There was a tendency that a fruit from a certain prefecture known as a famous fruitproducing area, was used for a farmed fish from that prefecture. We indicated the necessity of clarifying different fruity fish brands and the necessity of showing requirements of each brands clearly for consumers.
