| 内容記述 | [要旨]本稿の課題は，国際労働機関（ILO）創設期における国際労働規制の影響力はどの程度のものであったのかについて，1919年の ILO 第１号条約（「工業的企業に於ける労働時間を１日８時間且１週48時間に制限する条約」）を事例として検討することにある。今回は，連載の４回目であり，欧州のうち，第１号条約の批准がならなかったイギリスと，批准したベルギーを事例として，なぜイギリスは批准ができなかったのか，そしてベルギーはできたのか，1920年代の ILO は各国に対してどのような影響を与えたのかを検討している。 [Abstract] The problem presented in this article considers the case of the first Convention of the ILO in 1919 (Hours of Work) where a treaty was examined, to what degree international labour standards were influenced. This article also consists of a fourth part related to serialization and a part where we consider why Great Britain could not ratify the first Convention but Belgium could, and what kind of influence the ILO had on each country in 1920’s. |
