 note = {研究成果の概要（和文）：２型糖尿病は、複数の遺伝因子と環境因子との複雑な相互作用により発症する多因子疾患である。本研究では、疾患モデルマウスを用いて２型糖尿病関連形質の感受性遺伝子同定を行った。また、ヒトにおける表現型パネル作成を行い、その過程で得られた特異な症例について報告した(Babaya N, et al.,BMC Endocrine Disorders、2017)。さらに、１型糖尿病、バセドウ病の疾患感受性遺伝子に関する報告を行った(Babaya N, et al., Hum Immunol、2017, and Babaya N, et al., J Clin Endocrinol Metab、2015)。
研究成果の概要（英文）：Type 2 diabetes is multifactorial diseases caused by a complex interaction of multiple susceptibility genes and environmental factors. In this study, we localized the diabetes-related regions in mice. In addition, we constructed the phenotype panel in human. During the course of constructing the panel, a rare case was found and reported (Babaya N, et al., BMC Endocrine Disorders 17、2017、1-6).
