 note = {研究成果の概要（和文）：本研究は、企業が不正防止システムを重層的に設置しているにもかかわらず、一向に企業不正がなくならない理由を解明しようとするものである。そこで、これまでに不正が社会的に大きく取り上げられた企業の役員や内部監査室などの所属長へのインタビュー調査、および上場企業へのアンケート調査などを実施した。その結果、内部通報制度など比較的機能しているシステムがある反面、利益第一主義的な経営トップの考えや職場風土、全ての会社構成員に対する倫理教育の限界等が不正防止システムを機能不全に陥れている最大の要因であることが確認された。 
研究成果の概要（英文）：This research aims to clarify the reasons why corporation failed in preventing organization's cheats, although they have installed injustice prevention systems in multiple layers. Therefore, the author targeted at the companies that have been widely reported by mass media for their injustice, and conducted a series of investigations including interviews on executives and heads of the Internal Auditing Office, and a questionnaire survey for listed companies.
