| 内容記述 | [要旨] 本稿では，ニックリッシュの経営学の体系を明らかにするため，彼の著『経営経済』の第2巻を3分割し，その2番目の部分（S.322-443）を，適宜に翻訳しながら，検討する。本稿では，まず，経営の要素である，「資産」と「資本」が，本質・構造・調達という３つの視点から，検討される。その後，インフレーションが資本の循環に与える影響を考慮して，「経営での価値の関係の均衡維持」から，従来の評価論，秘密準備金と商号の価値について検討される。 [Abstract] In this treatise, we conducted research on Nicklisch’s book “Business Economy”, in German “Die Betriebswirtschaft”. This paper divide the second volume into three parts, and traces the second part（pp.322-443）, by discretionary translation. First, we considered his opinion of assets and capitals, wich make the business factors, from viewpoints of essence, structure and the roots to get together. Secondly, we investigate how inflation has the effects upon the circulation of value in business process. By this consideration, Nicklisch asserts the main problems made by traditional approach to estimate value, to make reserve funds secretly, to increase the value of corporate brands, under the main subject to maintain the balance of value relations in business unity. |
