[Abstract] This paper aims to demonstrate a typology of Public Private Partnerships (PPPs):inter-sectoral alliances. First, we will show that PPPs have been formed under similar backgrounds to that of strategic alliances between private firms after explaining the formation background and forms of those alliances.
